Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk

  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
For a thinner consistency, add a bit more liquid. For a thicker smoothie, add ice and blend again.

Serve cold and garnish as you like. Some of my personal favorites include shredded coconut, a lime wedge, or a pineapple skewer.

Note: The fruit can be frozen or fresh, it’s totally up to you.
