Chocolate Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tsp honey, for sweetness

Toppings:

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped

  • Drizzle of almond butter, I used Jem’s Organic Macha Almond Butter

  • Drizzle of honey

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth and combined.

  2. Add the chocolate Greek yogurt mixture to a serving bowl.

  3. Top with the sliced banana, slivered almonds, chopped dark chocolate, almond butter, and honey.

  4. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and enjoy.

Additional Notes:

  • You can add a scoop of protein powder to the Greek yogurt mixture, if desired.

  • You can also freeze the chocolate Greek yogurt for a frozen treat.

  • This can be meal prepped in advance for an easy sweet treat throughout the week.
