Raspberry Smoothie Bowl Base

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons yogurt ( I prefer Greek or vanilla)

  • 1–2 tablespoons sweetener (such as honey or agave)

  • 1 scoops of ice

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and fully combined.

  • For a thicker consistency of a smoothie bowl, make sure to add more ice or switch to a frozen banana.

Finish with desired toppings, such as sliced bananas, frozen raspberries, homemade granola, sliced almonds, desiccated coconut, and a drizzle of honey.
