English Toffee Dates

Ingredients

  • 5 medium dates, pitted and halved

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 3 tablespoons almonds, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the almond butter with 1 tablespoon of the chopped almonds. Mix until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag (or use a spoon) and fill each date.

  3. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.

  4. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

  5. Immediately sprinkle the remaining chopped almonds on top so they set into the chocolate.

Samoas Dupe Dates

Ingredients

  • 5 medium dates, pitted and halved

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

  • 2 tablespoons almonds, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter with 1 tablespoon coconut and 1 tablespoon chopped almonds. Mix well.

  2. Pipe or spoon the mixture into each date.

  3. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.

  4. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

  5. Sprinkle with the remaining coconut and almonds while the chocolate is still wet.

Pistachio Cream Dates

Ingredients

  • 5 medium dates, pitted and halved

  • 3 tablespoons room-temperature butter

  • 3 tablespoons pistachios, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup white chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios until evenly combined.

  2. Pipe or spoon into each date.

  3. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.

  4. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.

  5. Sprinkle with the remaining pistachios while the chocolate is still wet.

Matcha Macadamia Cloud Dates

Ingredients

  • 5 medium dates, pitted and halved

  • 3 tablespoons room-temperature butter

  • 3 tablespoons macadamia nuts, finely chopped

  • 1½ teaspoons matcha powder

  • ¼ cup white chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the softened butter with 1 teaspoon matcha powder until fully blended and uniform in color.

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts.

  3. Pipe or spoon into each date.

  4. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.

  5. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.

  6. Sprinkle with the remaining macadamia nuts and a light dusting of matcha powder while the chocolate is still wet.
