Elevated Fruit Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 mango

  • 2 handfuls blueberries

  • 2 handfuls raspberries

  • 2 handfuls blackberries

  • 3 strawberries, quartered

Directions

  1. Place an 8-inch cake ring in the center of a plate.

  2. Peel the mango and slice off both sides to remove the pit.

  3. Cut each side into very thin, even slices (about 1 mm).

  4. Arrange the mango slices around the inside edge of the ring, gently pressing and fanning them outward so they hold their shape and form a full circle.

  5. Fill the center with blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

  6. Top with quartered strawberries.

  7. Carefully remove the ring.

  8. Finish with a light dusting of powdered sugar or fresh mint, if desired.
