Elevated Fruit Plate
Ingredients
1 mango
2 handfuls blueberries
2 handfuls raspberries
2 handfuls blackberries
3 strawberries, quartered
Directions
Place an 8-inch cake ring in the center of a plate.
Peel the mango and slice off both sides to remove the pit.
Cut each side into very thin, even slices (about 1 mm).
Arrange the mango slices around the inside edge of the ring, gently pressing and fanning them outward so they hold their shape and form a full circle.
Fill the center with blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Top with quartered strawberries.
Carefully remove the ring.
Finish with a light dusting of powdered sugar or fresh mint, if desired.
