Mango Chia Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
Yogurt Base
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1–2 tsp honey
Toppings
1/2 mango, diced or sliced
2 tbsp diced strawberries
Handful of granola
1 tsp coconut flakes
Drizzle of honey, for sweetness, if desired
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey until combined.
Add the Greek yogurt chia mixture to the bottom of your serving bowl.
Top with the mango, strawberries, granola, and coconut flakes.
Drizzle with honey, if desired, and enjoy.
Additional Notes:
You can add a scoop of protein powder to the Greek yogurt mixture, if desired.
This can be meal-prepped in advance for an easy breakfast or a sweet snack.
