S’mores Dip
Ingredients
For the Dip
2 cups chocolate of choice (I like to use Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars broken into chunks, but chocolate chips also work)
3 graham crackers, roughly crushed
1 package marshmallows (I used mini Jet-Puffed marshmallows)
Optional Dippers
Chocolate chip cookies (my personal favorite)
Graham crackers
Strawberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread the chocolate in an even layer across the bottom of an oven-safe dish. I used a cast-iron skillet.
Place the dish in the oven for approximately 3 minutes to begin melting the chocolate.
Remove it from the oven and sprinkle the crushed graham crackers evenly over the chocolate. Top with the marshmallows.
Arrange the marshmallows neatly or simply pile them on top; it is completely up to you!
Return the dish to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and lightly golden brown.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven and serve immediately. Dip in chocolate chip cookies, graham crackers, strawberries, or simply enjoy it with a spoon!
